THE FOOD
Boat food is typically hit or miss, but on Trilogy, we’re pleased to say it’s definitely a hit. Courses include pupus of salmon pita bites, beef tenderloin crostinis, cucumbers, cream cheese, and bread with lilikoi butter before moving on to Caesar salad and entrees ranging from herb and garlic crusted steak, sautéed fresh catch, and vegetarian pasta. Dessert is a delicious trio of fresh fruit, chocolate truffles, and lilikoi cheesecake, and the service is absolutely top-notch.
THE DRINKS
When boats say ‘premium bar,’ we’re always skeptical. However, Trilogy definitely has the best-tasting cocktails we’ve had on any dinner cruise on Maui, with options like the Molokaʻi Mule, Lanaʻi Tai, Kona Brewing Co. beer, Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir. Of course, there is also soda, juice, and water if you are not feeling like a drink today.
THE AMBIENCE
You’re on a sailing catamaran on Maui, watching the sunset and tropical scenery with excellent food and drinks. What more can you ask for?! During the winter months, you can also enjoy whale watching during this tour, which is an extra special treat for all parties.
