THE FOOD
From Brunch to Dinner the food is outstanding! Each menu is well-rounded, thoughtful, and has options for any pallet. MĀLA makes HANDS DOWN, the best burger in Maui, Hawaii. Chef Alvin Savella created the “Assassin Burger” for the Late Night Menu, available Friday and Saturday nights from 10 pm to Midnight. Heaven on Earth is definitely worth trying!

THE OWNERS
MĀLA established in 2004 came under new ownership in November 2018. Owners Caleb Hopkins, Ashley Davis, David Fincher, Julian Bonfardin, and Javier Barberi came together with a vision to breathe fresh new energy into MALA and keep this Lahaina staple for locals and guests to enjoy for years to come. Open for Brunch from 9 am to 2 pm, Live Music Happy Hour from 2 pm to 4 pm, Dinner from 4 pm to 10 pm, and Friday and Saturday open until midnight featuring the Raw Fish & Wagyu Menu by Chef Alvin Savella. The new owners and team have reinvented MALA and have the hottest concept on Maui’s Westside with thoughtful food and a stunning atmosphere.
